Blood Types (O, A, B, AB)


    


I don't believe in dieting, I clearly declared that in my weight loss page.  This, on the other hand, isn't a form of "dieting", this is a way of life.  Honoring your blueprint and giving science a chance to help you understand your body and stop comparing your body, health and digestive system to the next person.

I personally have several of his books in my library and have the app as well and refer to them often.  The app is SUPER user friendly and an easy fast guide to help keep me on track.  I highly recommend this to everyone.


I will give a brief taste of what each blood type should consider:

TYPE O
Type O's benefit from a diet of lean, organic meats, vegetables and fruits, and the minimization of wheat and dairy, which can be triggers for digestive problems, weight gain and overall health issues.  Type O's also have higher level of stomach acid than the other blood types, which often result in stomach irritation and ulcers.


TYPE A
Type A's flourish on a vegetarian diet.  Vegetable proteins such as tofu and tempeh are highlighted throughout his books.  You will lose weight and have more energy once you eliminate the toxic animal protein foods from your diet. TYPE B
Type B's have specific foods which promote weight gain.  These are corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts, chicken and sesame seeds.  They benefit from eating lamb, seafood, fresh vegetables, fruits and certain dairy products like yogurt and cheese.  


TYPE AB
Type AB's should avoid caffeine and alcohol, especially in stressful situations.  They should focus on foods such as tofu, seafood, dairy and green vegetables to promote weight loss.  All smoked or cured meats should be avoided.
